1. Structure Design:
The key to realize the functions of products is, on the basis of understanding completely the functions, to follow exterior shaping, refer to each component, confirm the inner geometrical size and assembly relation of the products, take full account of mold production and accomplish the optimal structure design.
2. Product Converse Engineering:
Use the precision laser tri-dimensional count apparatus to capture product data precisely. The 3D mold construction design of the product, which is called as “Scanning Design”, shall be completed by the experienced structure engineer.
3. Making of First Boards:
Classical originality and reasonable structure, finally, must be tested by actual objects. In terms of the making of first boards, the required materials shall be adopted, such techniques as fast laser shaping, CNC processing and so on shall be used; after such procedures as abrasion, polishing, painting, plating, laser carving, silk-screening and so on, the imitating exterior, structure or functional hand board can be completed, then a small batch production for complex molds can be conducted.
